Lost Woman!Steve fic

Hello my faithful fic-finding friends! (See what I did there?) I'm looking for a fic that is pretty much the pilot episode, except Steve is, and always has been, a woman. Named Steve Jane Jane Steven McGarrett. I can't remember anything else about it, unfortunately. Anyone know which fic I'm talking about?

Hmm, I don't think that's it, because I'm pretty sure only Steve was genderswapped. That said, I'll take the link! :)
