Need help

I've been searching for a fic and I'm coming up short. All I can remember is that Danny is in Jersey, I think to help out on an old case. He and Steve are texting and Steve asks him when he will be back and Danny tells him that he's only been gone a few days. Steve says yeah but when are you coming home. Danny tells him he will be on the fist flight out. Steve picks him up from the airport and there is a moment. Sound familiar to anyone? Thanks in advance.
