Danny kidnapped - powerful water jet used on him

That's about all I remember.  Danny was kidnapped and when Steve and Chin find him, he's hung from a chain by the wrists and the villan had used some sort of heavy duty water jet on him that takes paint off boats.  Any ideas?

I'm searching for fics that would take place just after this episode, when Steve is brought back in Hawaii. I'd prefer it to be slash, but pre-slash would be great anyway!
You know, some H/C, where Steve isn't really focused on his job anymore, have nightmares about his time there, that brings back memory from the time he served. (I know there's a name for that post-traumatic something but English is my mother tongue, I can't remember it). And Danny is there, every step of the way, helps with his injury. Maybe Steve can't stand when somebody touches him because the torture suffered or something like that. Any fic that matches any of of this would be great ! I haven't been able to find a lot on my own, just a few here and there but I'm kinda new to the fandom. Well, I only read a fic now and then when I have the time but now I'm free as a bird ! ;)
Anyway, great work on this community! Thanks for creating it and making it that great ! =)))
