2.10 alternate ending

I'm looking for an alternate ending I read a while ago to 2.10. Steve is in really bad shape when the team finds him in North Korea. They get him out and take him to see a doctor somewhere in South Korea I think. The doctor, along with Lt. Jacks and a couple of the SEALs patch him up as much as they can before the team and the SEALs take him back to Hawaii on a military transport. I think when he gets back he ends up in the hospital in Oahu for a while. I know this is vague but its all I remember.
