I have been dying to read this fic again It might be gen or McDanno fic.
All I remember was this awesome scene: I think Danny came back from Jersey earlier than he intended (I don't think Steve or the team knew)
and got on a flight that was like hijacked for hours and when it was all over...Steve spots Danny in the crowd straight away
and both relieved to see each other they hug on the runway and it was filmed on the news. Does this sound fimilar to anyone?

hello-mcee.livejournal.comI remember reading a Danny/Kono fic that took place after 1x03 (Malama Ka Aina) in which Danny obsessed with the way she looked when they were undercover at the rolling casino, in the silky red dress with her hair up. It was pretty explicit, and at some point it had them fucking on the bed on their knees. That's all I remember about it but I'm dying to reread it and my search through the Danny/Kono tag on AO3 has yielded nothing that jogged my memory. Anyone know what story I'm talking about?

kahuna-burger.livejournal.comHrm, so I've seen a few fan fics involving the S2 Halloween ep and Danny's 'disrespect' for the sacred location and, well, they all seem to start with the automatic assumption that Danny was completely in the wrong for disrespecting Island beliefs.( whoa, this got longer than I realized... )

Looking for three fics, the first involves Steve finding Danny at a club/bar with another guy who turns out to be a prostitute and Steve forces the guy to leave. True feeling are exposed and so forth. Second fic, Danny goes to the office after a date, complains about being to hot, and gets jumped by Steve in his office who is tired of waiting for the detective to make a move. And lastly takes place after the hike, you all know the one, and Danny calls home to tell his sister what he did only to be confronted by Steve. Danny then proceeds to tell Steve why he did the whole I heart U and where it came from. If you guys can help me out that would awesome. Thanks in advance.

2.10 alternate ending

They get him out and take him to see a doctor somewhere in South Korea I think. The doctor, along with Lt. Jacks and a couple of the SEALs patch him up as much as they can before the team and the SEALs take him back to Hawaii on a military transport. I think when he gets back he ends up in the hospital in Oahu for a while. I know this is vague but its all I remember.

After Danny saves Steve from Notrh Korea

You know, some H/C, where Steve isn't really focused on his job anymore, have nightmares about his time there, that brings back memory from the time he served. (I know there's a name for that post-traumatic something but English is my mother tongue, I can't remember it). And Danny is there, every step of the way, helps with his injury. Maybe Steve can't stand when somebody touches him because the torture suffered or something like that. Any fic that matches any of of this would be great ! I haven't been able to find a lot on my own, just a few here and there but I'm kinda new to the fandom. Well, I only read a fic now and then when I have the time but now I'm free as a bird ! ;)
Anyway, great work on this community! Thanks for creating it and making it that great ! =)))

I love medical type stories of being in the hospital or recovering from some sort of trauma. Anyone can be the comfort (I love Danny/Steve stories, but I would also love to read some of the other team members too) Slash or Gen.
Would love anything from gun shot/stabbings, trauma or accidents, surgery for anything and would love to read something where Danny has to have surgery on his knee. Also physical illness, anything from cancers to kidney stones or anything where something in Danny's body goes wrong.

Are there any where Danny once again accuses Steve of being reckless and thoughtless, and Steve has enough and sets him straight on a few things (like a highly trained Seal like him would never be thoughtless regarding any kind of weapon)?
Something somewhat similar about episode 2.03: Seeing Operation Payback makes Danny realize that he's shown a marked lack of respect for Steve every time he berates him as being reckless and stupid instead of realizing that Steve is merely confident in his own skills for a reason.
And finally, are there any stories about episode 2.07, where Steve confronts Danny about his behaviour at the sacred graveyard?
I'm looking for GEN ONLY stories, hopefully there are some.
I'd appreciate your help very much.
