I'm looking for a fic where the team goes off for a team building session with other crime investigation teams somewhere in a snowy setting. Danny is still recovering from an injury but some jealous other detective injures him on purpose. And at the same time Steve is starting to see how good an analyst Danny is, but also starts to see the effect it has on Danny, when he gets into the suspects heads.
Think I read it on fanfic, absolutely loved it and would love to read it again!
Anybody know which fic I'm after? :-)
