hopelessly lost

I've been looking for this one for a few days and I am hoping someone here remembers the title. All I remember is that Danny and Gaby went to vacation to Peru (Columbia?Venezuela?), Danny got lost and saved by Steve, only survivor of plan went wrong (like Jim Ellison in Sentinel, but it is not a crossover), had a head injury with minimal memories (he remembered malasadas!). eventually they found the way back to the civilization, but annoyed and jealous Gaby (and John Mcgarrett and Navy/Seal/Army/wtahever) separated them. Eventually happy ending.
