Custody fic - evil!Rachel

Hi, I'm looking for fics where custody is a big issue.

The custody of Grace is often mentioned in the show and in the first season Rachel didn't seem to want to let Danny have Grace too often. So I am wondering if there are any fics that actually portray some sort of custody hearing - and where Danny gets full custody for whatever reason. Not just a hearing about visitation but actual transferring of custody to Danny.

Bonus if the fic is Danny/Steve and Rachel tries to use that against them.

Hi all. I'm looking for any stories that have to do with either Danny of Steve dancing. I'm not picky about what style of dancing it is, it could be at a club or maybe a wedding or a Luau, with someone else, by themselves or with each other so long as it has either of them dancing! Hello my faithful fic-finding friends! (See what I did there?) I'm looking for a fic that is pretty much the pilot episode, except Steve is, and always has been, a woman. Named Steve Jane Jane Steven McGarrett. I can't remember anything else about it, unfortunately. Anyone know which fic I'm talking about?
