looking for a specific Steve/Grace fic

I remember reading this fic sometime ago here on LJ.

It was a future fic where Danny was back with Rachel and beside Grace, they have Chairle and maybe one other kid? I think Grace might have joined the Navy (against her parents wishes) and one day she decides to come back home (New Jersey/New York) and she has 2 surprises with her - Steve (who she married) and a baby girl named Rachel Danielle or Danielle Rachel.

Does this sound familiar to anyone and is it still around online? I'd love to read it again.
