Steve and Grace lost at sea.

I'm looking for a specific fic where grace and Steve get kidnapped and left at sea. Steve is able to tread water until the Coast Guard finds them, but then he almost drowns. Grace had to see him being resuscitated and tells Danny that "Uncle Steve" is dead.
