Steve adopts a dog Fanfic

First time I have posted to a ficfinder community, so I am sorry for any mistakes.

I have read some really awesome Steve adopts a dog fanfic, one with a German Sheppard, another with a dog that he picks up at a dog fighting ring bust?

For the life of me I can't find them on Archive of our own, although that is where I read them originally.

The German Sheppard one might be "Four-footed Matchmaker" (http://hawaii5-0slash.livejournal.com/657242.html) by rainbow_goddess, and the dog-fighting ring is maybe "War Dogs" (http://cattraine.livejournal.com/434278.html) by cattraine? While the first one I know is on AO3, I don't remember cattraine's being there.... :D

I'm pretty sure the dog fighting bust you're looking for was in Home Improvement (http://archiveofourown.org/works/183686) by imkalena and JiM.

Thank you so much for your help. Home Improvement, with Jelly is exactly one of the stories I was looking for. War Dogs is new to me and is so going on the reading list. Still looking for the German Sheppard story, I think Steve finds him tied up under a pier?
